The following are frequently asked questions covering all of the books by Carl Braun (C. Frederick Braun).



1. How long will it take me to get my books?

A- It usually takes 1-2 weeks. All orders processed by December 15th will be received by Christmas.



2. How will my books be shipped?

A- All books and Audio CD's will be shipped via FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground. No Post Office Boxes Please.



3. How much is shipping?

A- We are charging a flat rate for shipping, packaging and handling. It is roughly $4.00 per book.



4. How can I be certain my book will be inscribed correctly?

A- The book will be inscribed according to the instructions you place in the comment section during checkout?



5. Why do you use PAYPAL?

A- Paypal recently purchased Card Services International making it the largest and safest processor of credit card payments on the web. Most of the time when you pay by credit card now you are using Paypal anyway, even if you don't know it. One additional advantage of course is if you have a Paypal account and prefer to use it you can. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase our materials. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express even if you do not have a Paypal account.


6. Why do you have an advanced edition for Patriots and Minutemen?

A- It is a way of thanking them personally for all the work they do. The book will be available shortly on Amazon and in local bookstores. Once that happens it is virtually impossible to personally inscribe each book.


7. I hear you are donating a portion of the proceeds to Patriotic organizations. How can I be sure my favorite organization gets the donation?

A- On the affiliate login page you will find a list of organizations that are signed up to receive donations. Click on the link provided and from that moment forward, your organization will receive a donation for every item purchased while you are on the site.


8. I don't see my organization? How do I get it listed?

A. Thats easy! Simply sign up for an affiliate code. You can then use that code to make purchases and share it with the rest of your organization so you can get credit for their purchases as well. Just click on Affiliate Login and make sure you provide us wit hthe necessary information to get you your affiliate checks. You can also put the link on your website! Anyone that clicks on the link will then be credited to your account when they make a purchase.

9. How much of a donation will my organization receive?

A- That depends on how many purchases are made but it is 5% of all sales (roughly 20% of profits)



10. Is Above All Else Fiction or Non Fiction?

A- Above All Else is about REAL men and women serving on the border. The unsung heroes of this illegal immigration struggle. It is NON-FICTION



11. What about your other books Border War and Two Seconds?

A- Both are FICTION though Border War contains actual events that have occurred on the US Border with Mexico. Which events are real or not are explained in the auhtors notes at the end of the book.



12. Are you available to speak to my organization?

A- I am available to speak depending on your dates. My presentation "Border Insecurity" has been widely acclaimed.
